Textiles

Something I love exploring through textiles work is texture and sculptural costumes.

One of my all time favourite artists is Eva Hesse; many of her textile based sculptures evoke this immense sense of tension and suggest themes of sexuality and gender.

I’m interested in creating costumes for dance based performances, using costumes and textiles to influence movement.
